About me

I am a neuroscientist currently working as a postdoc at UCL in the lab of Michael Häusser. Using optical methods I track the activity in neurons and networks of neurons. At the moment, my interest is geared towards sensory processing in the cerebellum.

My long-term goal is to integrate fluormetric techniques into microscopy to allow spatially and temporally resolved spectroscopy both in vitro and in vivo. Using this combination I aim to understand how single cells integrate sensory inputs and ultimately how memories relating to these inputs are formed.
